- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one paying member of a stream. Seats automatically match your member count — invite or remove someone, and your next bill prorates accordingly. You're never charged for empty seats.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — change or cancel anytime from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
- What happens when I hit a soft cap?
- You'll see a banner explaining what's full and a one-click upgrade. We don't silently cut features off — you stay in control.
- Do you offer discounts?

- Where can I see invoices?
- Right inside Memo — every stream's billing page lists recent invoices with PDF downloads, plus you can hop straight to the Stripe customer portal to update payment methods or tax IDs.
